Combat MonsterFlex combines the characteristics of the successful MonsterFlex brand—stretchable and scary monsters—with the ability to collect and exchange armor and weapons, adding an element of playability and mix & match variety that enhances the line. The collection includes 16 monstrous creatures with interchangeable weapons and armor; the weapons can also be fitted into both fists of the MonsterFlex. Among the special characters, the space Zombie with laser gun, the medieval Skeleton with sword skull that lights up in the dark and the Gargoyle knight with saber that is all gold.. Studio RAM developed the concept and proposed the characters of the collection inspired by the most famous warriors in history and their equipment in terms of weapons of defense and attack. Our creative department then developed the character design, simultaneously studying the proportions and fittings best suited for creating armor and weapons. Subsequently, we created the logo, which needed to integrate with the MonsterFlex brand, the illustrations for the checklist, crowner, and the sides of the display box and flow pack, as well as the packaging artwork. The entire branding process thus combined the creative phase with target audience research and the operational and technical aspects necessary for creating the materials needed for online and offline promotion.
